Booking Information
 
Please review the policy before scheduling. By booking, you confirm full agreement with the terms. If you need clarification, contact us prior to your appointment by email or WhatsApp.
 
We only accept Cash, Tikkie or Paypal for payments. 
 
Booking & Cancellation Policy
 
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment.
Rescheduling through the link in your confirmation email is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
 
•   Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the full service amount.
 
•   To reschedule, use the reschedule link provided in your first confirmation email.
Selecting “cancel” results in losing the deposit.
 
Required notice:
* Semi-permanent makeup: minimum 2 days
* Other services: minimum 1 day
 
• Changes made with less than 48 hours notice incur a 60% fee, and the deposit will not be returned.
• Pregnant clients may transfer the deposit to another service (excluding PMU). We do not perform pigmentation during pregnancy.
• Touch-up prices apply only to returning clients. PMU done elsewhere requires an additional €50.
• We can confirm whether previous PMU can be corrected or built upon only after receiving clear photos.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering the slot to clients on the waiting list. The required notice ensures we can manage our schedule efficiently.
• Arrive on time. If you are running late, call and leave a voicemail.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be serviced, and the deposit will be lost.
• Remaining balances may be paid by tikkie, cash or Paypal. 
• Guests are not permitted during appointments to maintain focus, hygiene, and a calm environment for all clients.
• If you are unwell or meet any condition listed in the Disqualification List, do not attend your appointment.
The full service amount will be charged, but your deposit may be moved to a new date.
• We reserve the right to decline service if the skin is unsuitable or for any other professional reason.
 
 
DISQUALIFICATION LIST
 
Clients with the following conditions cannot be treated. Booking under these circumstances means the deposit will not be returned.
•Cold, cough, flu, or any illness
•Under 16 without parental consent
•Pregnancy
•Diabetes
•Current use of antibiotics
•Allergy to pigments or makeup
•Recent strong chemical peel
•Use of blood-thinning medication
•Keloids, eczema, psoriasis
•Undergoing chemotherapy (doctor’s approval required)
•Viral infections or diseases
•Major heart conditions
•Skin irritation in the treatment area (sunburn, rash, acne, etc.)
•Botox or fillers within the past 2 weeks
•Roaccutane use in the past year
 
 
Previous PMU From Another Artist
 
Not all existing PMU can be corrected, covered, or refreshed.
You must send clear photos of your brows to fabibeautyclinic@gmail.com before booking any correction or cover-up service.
 
Appointments booked without disclosing previous PMU will be cancelled, and the deposit will be lost.
 
If the pigment is sufficiently faded and the work is suitable, we may proceed with a new set or touch-up. Photos are required for assessment.
